Billing & Plans

Last updated: September 8, 2026

The Billing section of the dashboard shows your current plan, limit usage, and lets you change plans. Payments are processed through T-Bank Acquiring, with recurring charges on the plan's schedule.

Upgrading

Moving to a more expensive plan applies instantly: new limits and features are available right after a successful payment. The remainder of the current billing cycle isn't prorated separately — the new plan and its price take effect immediately.

Downgrading

Moving to a cheaper (or free) plan doesn't happen immediately — it takes effect at the end of the already-paid period, and access and limits stay at the current, higher plan until then. The dashboard shows this as a pending change: which plan you'll move to, and when. A pending downgrade can be cancelled at any time before it takes effect.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancellation is available directly from the Billing section — recurring charges stop, but access to paid features remains until the end of the already-paid period, after which the account automatically moves to the free plan.

Recurring charges

Plan renewal happens automatically on the saved card, which you explicitly consent to on the first payment. You get an email notice before each renewal, and a separate one if a charge fails. Auto-renewal can be turned off at any time — no need to contact support.
